The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) looks to be in for a rough year in 2009, as Congressman Barney Frank intends to repeal it with new legislation in the coming weeks. But the UIGEA will also need to stand up to a court challenge in the U.S.
