August 8 was definitely an online poker Sunday. There was much to do around the online circuit, as the usual Sunday offerings were on tap. And while two of the regular Full Tilt Poker events were on hiatus, it was only because of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) that was already in progress.

It was the first Sunday in August, and players were ready for their summer action. Registration dropped in a few tournaments but only slightly, and others saw their numbers rise a bit. No changes of significance, which required Full Tilt Poker to give overlays to their players yet again in the $750K Guarantee and the $200K Double Deuce.

It is that time again! Another Full Tilt Online Poker Series is upon us, and the poker world couldn’t be more ready. The last FTOPS took place in April, and with a few months off for things like summer and the World Series of Poker, online poker is again the place to be for the 17th running of the ever-popular Full Tilt Poker tournament series.

If you are an online poker player, and you aren’t totally wedded to a different site, you are undoubtedly aware of the addition of Rush Poker to Full Tilt Poker’s arsenal of game options.  The concept is a very simple, yet brilliant one:  You are seated at a full table (either a full ring of nine or a table of six).  Just as in any poker game, you can either bet or fold your hand.
